Return & Refund Policy – HS Store

At HS Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale/discounted items may not be eligible for return (unless damaged or defective).

  • If the product delivered is wrong in size, color, or damaged, we’ll exchange it at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged, defective, or out of stock.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery charges (Rs. 200) are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@hsstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return process.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged clothing (by customer use).

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Customized or special-order items.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery charge: Rs. 200 per order anywhere in Pakistan.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

  • Some locations may take slightly longer.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.

  • In case of order cancellation, delivery charges may still apply if the parcel has already been dispatched.
